Sola Oyebade of Mahogany Model Management had an in depth chat with aspiring models during the Fashion Capital face of Barking and Dagenham workshops.
 The session opened with an introduction to Mahogany Model Management and the speakers Sola Oyebade and Sophia White (Head of Mahogany Model Management) the session then went on to speak to the aspiring models about model contracts and the dos and don'ts and the different types of contracts a model may come across. Sola also stated the difference between a modelling directory and a model agency and gave useful tips on what to expect as a model and how much competition and learning they will face along the way!  The session went on to include casting tips, various information on punctuality, attitude and what some agencies look for in a model.   The workshop then become interactive with a catwalk session with tips on how to walk the runway, followed by a practice section allowing the models to gain tips and experience first hand before experiencing a fashion show catwalk competition between to groups!
