Hi my name is Syreeta McQueen and I have been working at Fashion Enter's boutique in Barking since May 2008 on a part time basis. I am a self employed free lance Project & Events Manager but my heart really lies in the fashion design industry.
 I have always been interested in the creative industry and I have a passion for singing, dancing, modelling, design, styling and anything else that requires imagination and drive. My hopes for the future are concerned with opening a designer label but in the customisation side I want to centre on styling too and get involved in the industry as a "buyer" - many good outfits are ruined by poor inappropriate styling or lack of accessories or too much in some cases. This is all about general taste levels and knowing what colours work on skin tones and complexions and what designs compliment body shapes and enhance figures. I just love it when someone comes into the Enter boutique and I can dress them with outfits that are just perfect for them. On the occasions I have done this we have had extremely happy customers and repeat business too. I love the smile on customers faces and im happy when they are happy with a purchase. A lot of high street stores lack personal assistance but I try to embrace it. I often try outfits and new designs that come into the store. So that I have an insight to what they look like on. Outfits are not always complimented on a hanger and the odd outfit may be disregarded in some cases as it may not be the norm that customers would purchase. But it is my job to identify these outfits and offer them to the clients as an option. 9 times out of 10 they go for the not so obvious outfit. Its exciting at Fashion Enter there is always something happening here and now we are gearing up for the Face of Barking and Dagenham which is really popular so far and then we are also all helping with Profile in New York. This is such an amazing opportunity and everyone is friendly and helpful. I feel privileged to be a part of such an exciting company and feel the only way is up!
