 I am a highly motivated individual that is determined to pursue my passions in innovative clothing and experimental surface textiles. I have acquired knowledge and experience in designing, costing, pattern, production, range planning, working drawings and illustrations. I have the ability to market and promote my products through methods such as look books, reports and press packs.I have recently graduated from UCCA Rochester with a First Class Honours in Fashion Design. I hope to continue with my studies by doing a Masters Degree in Fashion Design, which will help me, focus and specialise in my approach to design and production. I have worked alongside designers such as Louis De Gama, Marcus Wilmont (Winner of Fashion Fringe 2007) and Jean Pierre Braganza (mentored by Karl Lagerfeld); this gave me a fantastic opportunity to further develop myself as a designer. I have also gained work experience at Jenny Packham. In London Graduate Fashion Week I was a nominee for the Zandra Rhodes Catwalk Textiles Award 2008, and a quarter finalist on ‘Designer Incubator' for mywardrobe.com. I aspire to create a demi -couture womenswear label that will cater to clients who want unique made to measure clothing ranging from day to evening wear.
