Born in India and brought up in Portugal, I come from a multi cultural background. Growing up with such rich inspiring culture and tradition around me, I always had an inclination towards design.
My graduation collection, ‘TRAPPED IN THE CIRCLE OF FREEDOM' entails the story of a girl tapped in the tangles of her own self! In this collection I have developed a creative pattern cutting technique, demonstrating a fresh and innovative approach to design, using circles and spirals as my basic concept. Having graduated in 2007 with a 2.1, I am now looking to make my mark in the design industry by promoting myself as a creative designer.

Having moved to England to pursue my passion for design, I started by doing a two-year national diploma in fashion and clothing at the Kent Institute for Art and Design, now known as the University College for the Creative Arts. Having achieved a triple distinction with merit for my diploma, I then went on to doing a BA in Fashion Design at the same university. During these five years I really had the chance to deeply explore my self as a designer and experiment wildly!
