‘Green is more than the new black. It is the window into our souls and the blueprint for our future...' is the opening introduction to the newly launched
Li Edelkoort / Trend Union Architectural trend forecasting book: ‘Greening, the new Perspectives 2010'.
This new Architectural trend forecasting book and the Architectural trend forecasting presentation in June, look for the signals of change in consumer interests, in the context of the built environment.
Helping to navigate these changes with inspirational images, text and colour palettes, the book reflects on, considers and tracks seven ‘Greening trends'.
It is a response to an increasing interest in colour and lifestyle trends from architects, interior designers, packaging designers, retail/shop designers and merchandisers. As well as signage, surfaces, materials and lighting suppliers. Whose clients and customers in the retail sector had already been drawing on lifestyle & fashion trend forecasting books and presentations. Using the information as a resource to orientate themselves with the changing influences that will effect consumer taste.
The launch of the new Architectural trend forecasting book is complemented by two trend forecasting events, for which you are invited to apply for places:
You can apply for tickets to either the morning or the afternoon events or both. Attendees are invited, as our guests to an early evening reception, from 5 to 7pm. Please RSVP if you are coming to the reception.
