The say the
devil is in the detail and nothing could be more apt in reference to the
Wildlife Works show…
For those new to the label Wildlife Works produces high quality organic clothing from its own fairtrade, eco, animal sanctuary, on the Kenyan/Tanzanian border. In terms of design it’s all about wearable style for men and women with a unique twist - who says ethical can’t be stylish!
For autumn 08 Wildlife Works has taken cue from the global traveller with pieces that can be mixed and matched accordingly. Razor pleats, gathers, panels and prints hint at an Art Deco feel while a predominant palette of ivory, oatmeal, slate and black is highlighted with shrimp pink and teal.
Prints are also key to this collection and ranged from North African geometrics to hearts and flowers. Details meanwhile, included hem bands, tucks and gathers. All-in-all Wildlife Works latest collection was bursting with timeless wardrobe staples with added design appeal, and with such a staunch ethical ethos the label is sure to gain a very loyal following.
