Thanks to everyone who came by the stand! The feedback on Spring/Summer 2008 was great, several buyers are interested so thanks for supporting me in the show. FashionExpo brought together London-based manufacturers and designers to showcase the talent and quality of products available to retail buyers. With fashion shows on both days and access to expert advice, FashionExpo also the networking event for the fashion industry.

Prime Minister writes letter of support to Samata Angel!

Gordon Brown writes letter of support to Samata's Muse

We are over the moon after receiving a letter of support from none other than the Prime Minister Gordon Brown!!!

Designer Samata Angel received a letter of support from Number 10 Downing Street last week after her success in New York and with her clothing label, stating '...Mr Brown would like to pass on his good wishes to Samata Angel for a long and successful career in the fashion industry.'

Samata's Muse to participate in the Rugged Music Festival...Sierra Leone - December 2007

The company, which specialises in providing a superior and unique quality of beats and sounds, alongside entertainment activities and other dynamic themed-programmes for artists and companies around the world, has been asked by the newly elected President and First Lady to bring music, entertainment and global coverage to the capital (Freetown) this December.

The event will be covered by a number of broadcasters including MTV Base Africa, Africa Channel and 601tv and will include a star-studded fashion show (featuring clothes by Samata's Muse and other designers) and entertainment by a breath-taking dance troupe.

Samata's Muse collection will be worn by models and female celebrities on the catwalk in Freetown, Sierra Leone for the Rugged Music Festival this December. One model confirmed to model in Samata's Muse is the stunning Dawn Richards of P.Diddy's platinum-selling girl group, Danity Kane. Dawn, of Making The Band fame, forms one-fifth of the power group and will be strutting her stuff down the international catwalk this December.
