Nu Grave (yes you heard me correctly) is the newest trend to hit the London fashion circuit.
My gothic phase aged thirteen was enough to keep me going for a lifetime. The black lipstick and heavy smoky eyes are all back and in the spotlight. So it is time to rock out my old make-up which at thirteen, I secretly hoped would some day be in fashion. I sadly think those days are behind me but while flicking through my latest selection of fashion magazines it seems that this is not some kind of joke.
Dangerously high stilettos, metal studs and leather dresses are all creating a stir. A black plastic-coated satin dress with big industrial zips by Dolce & Gabbana is one of many fabulous designs to come out of the Autumn/Winter collections. It really does look like black is back.

We all breathed a great sigh of relief when Nu Rave had finally grown old and tired. We packed up our neon leggings and eighties slogan t-shirts and buried them deep into our wardrobes hoping they will never see the light again. But here comes the darker, gothic, sexy version we all hoped we wouldn’t see.
So girls, get rid of those tans as deathly white skin is back. You need to unleash your inner vampire and concentrate on enhancing your sexy silhouette. With the likes of Yves Saint Laurent and Dsquared2 jumping on the bandwagon, it looks like it might be hard to resist.
