Anyway, a quick update...

As you know my clothing label, Samata's Muse, participated in the Black Stars Dinner and Dance event on Saturday 10th March, celebrating Ghana's independence in style.

Ghana has had a phenomenal impact on so many people from around the world and the evening paid tribute to some really hard working Ghanaians in the UK.

The evening was amazing and fully packed with Sway, Omar, Radio 1's Ras Kwame, Henry Bonsu, Charles Thompson (Screen Nation Awards Founder), Casualty's Hugh Quarshie (had no idea he was a fellow Ghanaian) all in attendance to scoop their awards.

They were honoured and recognised as hard working British Ghanaians and received a Black Star Recognition Award (mine is in the post....)

The fashion show went really well, despite the typical backstage stress! (Thanks Amelie for helping me to manhandle the models and shove them onto the stage on time...just about...)
