PRINT GALORE
The stereo-typical teenager sticks to wearing block, dull colours, usually in the form of a top, accompanied by a pair of plain jeans- no embroidery, no bleach, no nothing.
So what is funny is when the odd group of girls all gather together and wear print. Not necessarily the same print, it may be floral, animal or sixties style. However, from then on (when they dare to wear a print) they think that they have suddenly been reborn with style. They are wrong. Instead, they manage to look like a colourful car crash and the driver obviously couldn’t read the map. I think their destination may have been I-have-style-ville, but they managed to end up in help-me-co-ordinate town. Maybe us girls should talk more often, just to avoid fatalities like the given example! I mean, when did girls stop discussing what they are going to wear on a night out? If there already hasn’t been a rule made about people, within the same group, wearing contrasting prints then maybe someone should! Firstly, it hurts my eyes, and secondly, it just makes the wearer look silly, Fair enough, maybe, if you can pull it off. But unfortunately, for these poor victims, that isn’t the case. I think that they should just go back to basics…
