Judy Bentinck set up her own label in 2002. Originally named “portland hats” she has rebranded as “Judy Bentinck “ to emphasise the exclusivity of her product.

Two collections are designed each year but the majority of Judy’s work is with individually designed commissions, catering for any special occasion – from Ascot to a cocktail party. The hat or headpiece is carefully designed taking into account the wearer’s bone-structure, colouring and personality. Close attention is paid to co-ordinating the hat with the outfit.
