A crowd of about 800 turned up at Georges, Paris, to toast the launch of Lagerfeld’s capsule H&M collection. Model Erin Wasson, who also features in the Ad campaign, was at hand to model some of Lagerfeld’s High Street creations. Key pieces include - a double-breasted coat, tuxedo shirts, ruffled dresses, skinny dark denims and a sequined black blazer. The line is due to hit H&M stores on the 12th November.

Instead of taking those rejected items to the local charity shop, London girls are recycling amongst friends, well they do say – one man’s trash is another man’s treasure. On The Street… Summer has died and those autumn/winter items are getting a good old airing. Scarves are everywhere from chunky knit to slinky and sequined. Ponchos are beginning to wane – it was, after all, a case of – too much too soon. Texture is everywhere and in true British style contrasting fabrics and tones are being worn all at once. Key colours of late include: berry, purple, teal, emerald, chocolate and a fair bit of black. While on the touchy feely front - jersey, denim, tweed, knits and fur are also thrown into that hotchpotch mix. And For A Limited Time Only… Umbro will have a temporary store in London’s East end. From next week only you can have a nose at the very latest limited edition Umbro pieces as created by designer - Kim Jones.
