The Co-op’s Expansion - The future for ethical trading Print E-mail
There was great news for the Co-op who has just announced that they have bought 64 convenience stores in the south-west for £25m.

Might this be a pat on the back from consumers for their ethical trading stance? Are retail businesses which include Saveasari in this growing area being rewarded?

The Co-op has 40 department stores and 15 supermarkets nationwide, and is in the process of trialling a new department store format. We await the results of the trial eagerly and have a suggestion for them. Why don’t they trial new young designers as concessions in their department stores? An ethical commitment to the community which sustains and develops new talent!
