Hanging it all together for the fashion industry
NEWSLETTER

Hello everybody!

25% increase in user sessions in just one week! The portal for the fashion industry www.fashioncapital.co.uk is flying.

Many thanks for all the pictures feedback too; the fashion shots from the event Profile have certainly attracted interest and last week we received a 53% hit rate from American users.  This is fantastic news for you out there.  American press and buyers could be looking for the latest hot British designer – get your on-line boutique live now.

War man

Do American buyers want YOUR collection?

You may have also noticed the Google banner ads appearing again, the click through rates have been excellent and enforces the commerciality of the portal too.

We have just started working on Getting it Right First Time with Croydon College.  This is a LEGI (Croydon Enterprise) and Equals funded project whereby we work with 2nd year fashion students to show how NOT to go into business in the real world.  It’s a huge project whereby the students are designing and producing T-shirts to be sold in our sister company boutique; Fashion-Enter in Croydon’s Centrale Shopping Centre.

This initiative is also open to all new business start-ups too.

Finally a quick hello to the dedicated team at Cockpit Arts; Vanessa Swan, Ellen O'hara and Jessica Dick.  I am working there today and am looking forward to meeting the talented fashion and accesory designers.

By Friday you will see the start of our multi media section on the home page for all your DVD’s or CD of you, your collection, your fashions reviews & views we will play them to over 68,000 users for you!!

Please send them in to Vanessa Camelia Creative Manager – 28 Station Approach Hayes – Bromley – BR2 7EH.
