Is this a deliberate statement? This is not ethically correct and is against equal opportunity regulations! There has been a big dispute about specifing for 'black' designers, so why is occurring again for 'Asian' 'Indian' and 'Pakistaini' designers only? I have stated this before if you are a employer or interviewer, you cannot ask questions (IN EUROPE< UNDER EQUAL OPPORTUNITY LAW) that you could not ask another gender, race, age, etc. For example you cannot ask only a woman if she is planning to be pregnant, as you cannot specifiy for asian designers. Laws are put in place to protect the workforce, and people deliberately specifing and segregating us further is very frustrating! Please reply and explain why you did this?
