Is it legal to replicate designer brands without their permission?

Stores like this take away business from the real designers who deserve credit for their designs.

How do you manage this? You should try and use some initiative and come up with your own designs. If your bags are such good quality then why not start your own label instead of stelaing from the most prestigious designers in the industry?
