Lingerie label 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago  
Hi, I am looking to start a lingerie label, but as I am a software developer, I have no knowledge of the fashion industry regarding getting samples/patterns made. I would love some advice on how to get my sketches to a finished product. Also, is fabric something I would need to source myself or is this something that the manufacturer would be able to source for me? Any help at all would be great.

Hi,

You will need to get in touch with a manufacturer, on Fashion Capital there is a Manufacturers Online Showroom if you look under suppliers or on the right hand side and you can type in your specifications, this will narrow down your choice of manufacturers. You can then discuss what fabrics you should use etc.

Hi,
Some manufacturers can help you with sourcing fabrics such as Cannon Jersey Fabrics and Scarlet Oliver however they may charge you a little more for this.
