Manufacturer, pattern cutter, grader and sampler

In need of either a manufacturer who can provide with all the above including sourcing of fabrics and small runs of 2-3 per _style_ OR an all rounder (pattern cutter, grader and sampler) who can produce small runs of 2-3 garments of each _style_ and size inclusive of sourcing fabrics.
