I was just wondering how many of you would like your own e-commerce business? and are wondering how difficult is it?

Currently to set up a website you would require a company to design your website? Which can cost anywhere from £1000 to £5000. Secondly you need a merchant account to take in transactions. Thirdly and the most important you need the products.

Private Quarterz is a sleep and lounge wear range which I will be launching in February 2007 and sold via an on-line-boutique and ML International is contracted to sell my very first range. It is one of the shopping sites which will offer Private Quarterz.

ML International was elected to full membership of the Direct Selling Association (DSA) in 2004 and later in the same year awarded the Prestigious ‘Best New Business Award’.

It is going to be as big as Amazon and Ebay within the next 5-10 years.

Furthermore I do not have to worry about delivery, customer complaints. However I am responsible for setting my own prices, changing the layout of my website and marketing my website.

This will blow your mind. I can now tell you that this accounts for 30% of the business I am involved in. Its much larger than just a website.

Websites you could get made cheaper for your business. £1000 is very steep... all you have to do is pay around £30 for a domain name and get a freelance webdesigner to help you.
It would cost around £200 (if that) depending on what you want, to get a freelance webdesigner to help.
