Have I got a good lead for you! David Jones is a Director of the Ethical Clothing Forum and he will know a cross section of designrs to help you. He works two days a week at London Apparel Resource Centre and you can call him on 020 8802 5555. Good luck.

There is also a company called Fair East - great guy Philip Rose who has leads in tiny villages in Asia. 01223 563294
