Hi you will need more than just a Contract of Sales here remember. If you are making the garments yourself you will need sealing cards and proceedures, first fit sample card, docket (instruction to cut),

If you are buying in the wedding dresses then make sure you have documentation that covers you for quality control inspections.

Hope all is progressing well.

You could also try Contract Store (www.contractstore.com) as they have a range of useful contracts and legal document templates available for a small amount. Documents like their conditions of sale (www.contractstore.com/conditions_of_sale) may well be suitable or could be adapted to your needs.

I hope this helps.

Dear Lima,

www.fashioncapital.co.uk has a Terms and Conditions document on the "Tools of the Trade" section under the home section. The invoice details were drawn up by a solicitor, this is why we opened up the members site.

Kind Regards

Emily

I'm about to open a bridal boutique and have been advised to draw up a set of terms&conditions for brides purchasing their gowns from me. are there any websites which can advise as to what exactly is needed in the ts&cs?
