How big is your marketing budget? If this is a first event then we need to make sure that there is marketing to attract the buyers. How many buyers are you hoping to attract and what is the pitch of the event - boutiques, high end retailers?

I have been to all kinds of events and some are really disappointing as no buyers turn up!
