So many new designers are after wholesale business & it's tough out there getting started. Budgets are cut from buyers, trade is difficult but were still writing big orders & new stores are still opening. S/S09 has been a positive season 7 it should be for new designers also.
The likes of the Danish Embassy have purchased multiple copies of my buyer info pack and data_base_ at a discount for their designers trying to break into the UK market and it is helping them. Other Embassies have now stepped forward as they recognise it to be a good deal & something not readily available. Maybe the Powers at Fashion Capital can do a deal with me also to get my info pack & data_base_ for Fashion Capital designers? We need to help our homegrown talent excel and get in front of buyers with a view to writing orders.
