Best get in touch with the trade show and ask the visitor/buyer contact. You can register for most shows online, usually they like to see some sort of proof of business - a business card / website etc.

Firstly, you will need to apply for the trade show to make sure you get in. On fashioncapital we have an events section with all the contact details you need for trade shows and events.

You then need to get:
Press Books
Invoice Pad
Confidentiality Agreement
Line Drawings with a look book
Full costings sheets
A note book for your stand
Stationary
Make the stand powerful.

Can anyone tell me what I need to get into a trade show? I want to attend the Harrogate intimate apparel show in August but it says it is for trade only. I am in the process of developing my website, so I am a brand new business start-up. What do I need to be able to attend the shows and buy? Thanks in advance for any help at all
