For a new boutique it would be difficult to agree to paying rent at that level without knowing how well it it run, passing trade etc. The Laden Showroom has been open for many years and can justify its rental structure - which is by the way almost the same as yours.

If you are doing any trial sale or return concessions in order for the designer to test the store it may be of interest.

we are pleased to announce the grand opening of DELICIOUS BOUTIQUE in Islington, London. The boutique is a spacious 1000 feet situated in the heart of the legendary and affluent area of Islington. Its minutes away from Arsenal football stadium and located within a busy parade of other flourishing businesses. We will push all designers in our boutique with help from our pr agent and also fashion shows at various exciting venues throughout London. We will not charge any additional fees for pr work or fashion shows.
We are now accepting applications from designers looking for a platform to sell their designs. Quality and well made garments/accessories are a must for all interested. Rent will cost £250 per month plus 15% of all sales made and also includes space on our online shop. We are selling menswear / womenswear / accessories and possibly childrens also. We are looking for styes that are fashionable and wearable!
Please reply with images of your latest collection at your earliest convenience and a small biography of your label.
