I hope these tips might be of help regarding getting a great advert position and a great deal. Leave it until as near to their deadline as possible and say you only wish your advert to be placed on the right hand page and not near the centre fold. It is better to wait for a great position than spend money on an advert position you will not be happy with.

I wonder if when you thumb through a mag you look at the right hand page before you look at the left hand side!!

I think you are on the right track with joining the forum. Just read as much as you can on the internet about designers. There is so much information out there. good luck!

Fashion Capital normally tells us whats on and when, there are a number of trade shows and events coming up soon e.g. Pure and Margin, so there should be quite a few designers out and about in London. You can find out what events are going on that designers would normally attend by clicking on "events" to the right.

Most of us are designers on here but we have second jobs to make ends meet, I'd probably say we mostly get around using public transport, mainly the tube around London.

how do they get about? (transport)
What do they use?
Where do they eat and drink?


I need to know as i am doing a grazia advertising campaign and i need to know where these people are, so i can place my adverts in the right places
