Designer Brief: Student/Graduate Designers: We are looking for students/graduates interested in showcasing at Fashion Diversity for the first time on a professional stage during London Fashion Week at the Museum of London. We are looking for 10 designers to take part in the student brief for the finale fashion show on the 20th September 2008, the collection will need to be inspired by the 60s and 70s fashion and they should be able to produce a 6pcs collection between now and September, a prize will be awarded to the student who is deemed to have produced the best collection. The designer will need to attend a selection day taking place on the 26th July 2008 and a museum of London history of fashion tour to help inspire designs for their collections. So both dates will need to be kept free for the introduction to the catwalk show process.. Established Designers: We are looking for several more emerging designers who have been around a bit longer and are interested in showcasing during London Fashion Week and/or launching new lines. There will be 7 designers showcasing in this category and they will be profiled in 3 Fashion Shows over the 2 days of the 19th – 20th September 2008. |
