Legal Structure UnLtd is a company limited by guarantee with charitable status and is governed by a Board of Trustees. In 2002 the Millennium Commission granted an endowment of £100 million to the Millennium Awards Trust, the income from which will be used to fund UnLtd Awards and the Fellowship.
