Our main switchboard number is 01934 888 888 with lines open Monday to Thursday from 8.45am until 5pm and on Friday from 8.45am until 4.30pm.

For specific enquiries about environmental services such as waste collection and highways call Streets and Open Spaces on 01934 888 802.

For enquiries relating to social services for older and disabled people call Care Connect on 01275 888 801.

If you wish to visit us in person then our Town Hall in Weston-super-Mare is open for general enquiries. You can also drop in to our Council Connect office at the For All Healthy Living Centre in Weston.

However, if you have a enquiry relating to a specific service please contact the relevant department or person to arrange an appointment at their offices beforehand.

In an emergency

If your enquiry is outside normal office hours or at the weekend and is urgent in nature, such as an emergency to do with environmental issues, council housing, waste matters or highways, then you should call our Emergency Contact Answering Service on 01934 622 669.
